I have had the distinct honor of illustrating past issues of The Dream People, http://www.dreampeople.org which is a Bizarro publication that you can find online. Bizarro is a literary movement composed of the most INTENSE authors that you will ever read. They are John Lawson, Bradley Sands, Carlton Mellick 3rd, Mike Philbin (Hertzan Chimera), Kevin Donihe, etc. They are some of the best writers of the 21st Century and also complete originals. The Bizarro Movement is so unique and revolutionary, since they do not conform to the mainstream's agenda of corporate controlled literature. I strongly urge you to support these authors, BUY THEIR BOOKS and SPREAD THE WORD on BIZARRO!!!!!!! Its so much better than the mainstream crap that is out there.

You already know Bizarro. You've seen it in films by David Lynch (Eraserhead, Lost Highway), Jodorowsky (El Topo, Fando & Lis), Svankmajer (Alice, Conspirators of Pleasure), Takashi Miike (Gozu, Vistor Q) and even trash-auteurs such as Lloyd Kaufman (Tromeo and Juliet) and John Waters (Desperate Living). It's that surreal, absurd, fucked-up stuff that is usually referred to as Cult because people don't know what else to call it. Not many people hear about the authors who write this kind of stuff. But recently, there has been an uprising of Bizarro in the literary world, centered around the online community Mondo Bizarro.
