Painter, writer and engineer, born in 1941 in Bolivia, has taught on Applied Mathematics at Technical University of Oruro and at San Andrés University of La Paz. He got a Testimonial of the Bolivian Mathematical Society in recognition of his merits as an educator of many generations of students of Mathematics. As a writer he won a lot of prizes with his poems and short stories. He published PARAÍSO, OVNIS Y EXTRATERRESTRES EN LOS ANDES, EL IMPERIO DE WALLALLU in the Bolivian Modern Short Stories Anthology and CÁNTICOS IMPÍOS, a book of poems. He is co-author of the book PERFECCIONA TU INGLÉS-PARTÍCULAS EN ACCIÓN 1, published in 2007 by Dorrance Publishing Co., Pittsburgh, PA.

Drawing and painting lessons at the School of Art of Oruro. A free course on painting at the School of Art of Ixelles, Belgium. In 1973 Publication of comic strips in Le Soir, Belgium. In 1974 Publication of illustrations in L’Aurore, France. 1974-1975 Comic strips production for the Features Service of the Press Association LTD. of London.In 1989 he won a prize awarded by Exile Kulturkoordination, Duisburg, Germany, in the international cartoon contest RACISM? NO! In 1997, 2nd Prize in the First Exhibition Pintores Amigos de Brasília, Brazil. Member of The Society for Art of Imagination.
