Once in a lifetime, does an art collector get the chance to obtain one of the most historic and sought after of art photographs, I consider this photograph to be one of the RAREST and BEST of photographs from Andy Warhol's Silver Factory back in 1965. This photo was shot by BILLY NAME, who is the most important key figure in Warhol's inner circle of assistants, friends and artists. This particular photo is so very strange and so surreal, its just PERFECT! This is a rare limited edition scanned print, (the original negatives were stolen from Billy!!!) and to have this handsigned by Billy Name is a very rare opportunity because its so historic, so rare and so unique, and for Warhol collectors, its a treasure to own!!! I rarely get the chance to obtain such fine art, I would like to thank both Billy and Kym for selling this to me. Below is one of my rarest art prints because only ONE exists and its by one of my favorite all-time visionary artists who I praise, OLGA SPIEGEL.
Since the 1960s, Olga Spiegel has been active in the arts, from her work in art and design in the early to mid 1960s, to her groundbreaking art in Psychedelic and Visionary Art from the late 1960s to the late 1980s, Olga has been one of the most important artists in Visionary Art. Her artwork and active involvement in studies, etc with Ernst Fuchs, De Es, Philip Rubinov Jacobson and also her photography work she did in the late 1970s for OMNI Magazine, has earned her much praise from her peers, myself included! Olga is one of my favorite artists and close friends!!!!! Below is my most cherished of all Rare Limited Edition Prints, and its by The Greatest Females Surrealist Artist of All-Time, SHAHLA ROSA!!!!!!!!!
What makes this particular print SO RARE & VALUABLE is that Shahla made this print for me and personalized it, "TO MY ETERNAL FRIEND, KEITH WIGDOR". The print is from the Masterpiece, "ANDRE BRETON" by Shahla Rosa, and the original painting is the second in a series of oil paintings by Shahla dedicated to Andre Breton, she did a series of three paintings, in the "ANDRE BRETON IDEOLOGY" series that she painted two years ago. The original painting, "ANDRE BRETON" is now hanging on exhibit in a museum in Vienna, Austria, and Shahla has received worldwide praise and rave reviews from Art Critics and Art Scholars from all over the world regarding this piece (and her other masterpieces)so, thats the story on this artwork. P.S. ask Shahla who gave her the idea to paint Andre Breton, his name begins with Keith! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Below is one of my most treasured and rarest of limited edition art prints on canvas and this is by the one and only, EMORY DOUGLAS, who was The Minister of Culture for The Black Panther Party and one of the most revolutionary artists of the 20th century. Emory Douglas's artwork is the most brilliant and original in graphic design, layout, and illustration of the past century. His unique ability to create some of the most striking and profound artworks, remains to date, some of the most important historical documents of counterculture and revolution. Emory Douglas was responsible for creating the artwork for The Black Panther Party's Newspaper from the early 1970s. This is an historic art screenprint that commemorates the opening of "EMORY DOUGLAS: BLACK PANTHER" at The New Museum in NYC, released by Station 4 in San Francisco, CA. I am just so honored to own this rare masterpiece, it is one of the most revolutinary of all artworks by one of the most important artists of the past century!!!!!!!!! EMORY DOUGLAS's Art is REVOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Below you will see one of my most favorite and treasured artworks in my collection of rare artworks. Its an OFFSET LITHOGRAPH of an artwork by JERRY GARCIA (Yes, THE Jerry Garcia of THE GRATEFUL DEAD) that's called, "DRACULA's HEART, and it was HANDSIGNED by Jerry Garcia during his lifetime. The artwork was made between the years 1985 to 1992, and its copyrighted 1992 and it exhibited in Jerry Garcia's solo art shows in the 1990s to 2000s. Its the REAL DEAL Folks, because I have made my own research and investigation into Jerry Garcia's rare art, since I had attended his first solo show in New York City back in the early 1990s, while Jerry was on tour with The Grateful Dead, the original lithographs of his rare artworks were stamped, and this RARE artwork is from the "EMBOSSED FISH" series from artworks of Jerry's made between the years 1985 to 1992. What I LOVE SO MUCH about this MASTERPIECE is that its PURE SURREALISM!!!!!!! I CAN SEE THE MARVELOUS EVERYWHERE IN THIS PIECE! For me, as a Surrealist, Artist and Art Collector, to own this artwork is the Greatest Honor!!!

Below is a Rare Limited Edition Handsigned Print 2/50 by JAMES ZAR. This is a print from a exhibit collaboration between Chet and his dad, James Zar, who both recently exhibited in "WHEN WORLDS COLLIDE".

Alan King and I used to exhibit together back on the old site NOWSURREAL UK and Alan just sent me a handsigned print of this surreal digital artwork of his in May of 2009. Below is one of my most RAREST Prints & its not even a limited edition print, it was a print made directly for me and personally signed for me and had been sent directly to me back in 2001 from the great fantasy artist and illustrator, FRANK WU, who is one of the many Science Fiction/Fantasy and Horror Artists who I worship! I had just recently unearthed these two prints, see below:

Below you will see a RARE Limited Edition Signed Print 2/50 by one of the world's greatest collage artists in the history of the arts, this art MASTER's name is PETER LEWIS from New Zealand. I have been friends with Peter since 1998 and I have also been following his art and career then, and Peter Lewis is probably the best modern day surreal collage artist, even getting praise and recognition by the great MASTER of Collage, WINSTON SMITH. Back in 2002,
I was one of the first people (in fact the second) to get a RARE Limited Edition Signed Print of this Masterpiece of Collage directly from Peter, and according to his website WARPART, the original collage is SOLD! Peter Lewis has literally created hundreds of collage artworks, going back some eighteen plus years.
I was lucky enough to appear with Peter in the same art magazine (Churn) back in 2002, along with Giger, and some other heavies in the arts. I worship Peter and his art, and I am truly honored to have some of his rarest limited edition prints in my own personal collection! Take a look below to see the print:

ALETA WELLING is one of my favorite artists on the Surreal Art Scene, she also got raves from the CPop Gallery in Detriot, Michigan, USA and
I also exhibited with her in an AOI show at The Seed Gallery in Newark, NJ, last summer. Aleta had just recently sent me a rare giclee print on canvas, size 8x10in of her larger artwork, "MOTION". Aleta Welling is brilliant and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! I have been exhibiting her on SURREALISM NOW! since 2006, she is really great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
