Below is one of my most RAREST of Original Movie Posters and its from the 1971 Hammer Horror Film, "COUNTESS DRACULA" starring the most beautiful, INGRID PITT! This poster is what is known as a British Quad poster (measuring 40 x 30 in) different than its American counterparts from the USA (those from the NSS) and many of the British Quads had different artwork to promote the movie. These particular movie posters are highly sought after and cherished by collectors and art lovers alike! This particular poster is REALLY HARD TO GET!!! The artwork is done by the graphic artist, VIC FAIR, and this poster is a Timeless TREASURE!

Below is a Very Rare Original One Sheet Poster for the 1976 film, "THE OMEN" starring Gregory Peck, and directed by Richard Donner. Its a Polish Poster, created by Andrzej Klimowski. RARE!

This is an original British Quad poster from the film "ANDY WARHOL's FLESH FOR FRANKENSTEIN" released in 1974. This poster was sent to theatres to be displayed in the lobby to promote the film's engagement. The poster is folded which is the way they were sent out by the studios back then. The poster measures 30x40 inches. VERY RARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

This is a beautiful example of an original 41"x81" U.S. three sheet movie poster from the classic "THE TRIP". These are very difficult to find in any condition!

*Graded C8 Excellent condition. If a vintage poster is in terrific unrestored condition like this one (EX C8 or better), many experienced collectors will place a premium on it (when compared to a linen backed/restored one).

Most experienced collectors prefer unrestored items to restored ones because they believe they will appreciate more in value.
 

Three sheets are HUGE! When displayed they dominate the room! Printed in far fewer numbers than one sheets, they are MUCH rarer. Usually they were displayed outside a theater entrance, so most of them have not survived. Normally they come in two or more pieces that are assembled together.

Without a doubt, the original one sheet movie poster from The National Screen Service that you see below, for the horror movie, "DERANGED", is one of the most highly sought after of the original NSS one sheets. Many of the original movie poster collectors really want to own an authentic original one sheet of this movie for a number of reasons, but I had to have it for the grahic art design of this gem! ITS SO PERFECT!!! I LOVE IT! One of my favorites!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Below you will see an Original One Sheet Movie Poster from a very rare and obscure underground porno film called, "SISTERS IN LEATHER". It is a RARE Poster and one of my favorites. These particular posters have the most unique graphic design layout that I have seen on many of the original one sheet movie posters. What I LOVE So Much about this one is the color sheme and photo still with one large scale size: the very sexy hot woman on the motorcycle, and the two smaller photo stills, along with the font design on the lettering as well. This is another perfect example of the original one sheet movie poster as FINE ART!

Below is an Original Half Sheet for the 1968 US release of the UK horror film, Edgar Allan Poe's The Conqueror Worm from AIP, originally called Witchfinder General, directed by Michael Reeves, starring Vincent Price, Ian Ogilvy, Rupert Davies, and Hilary Heath (billed as Hilary Dwyer), and Robert Russell. I bought this rare half-sheet poster from a poster dealer who had obtained it from someone from where it was originally acquired from, that was a theater chain of grindhouse movie theaters in southern California, which included the Pussycat theater chain as well as many others along Hollywood Blvd. This is the story I got from the dealer. Its VERY RARE! I was ecstatic to get it because its one of my favorite films!

Below is an Original 27x41-inch U.S. onesheet movie poster from the 1959 Mexican horror film, BLACK PIT OF DR. M, which starred Gaston Santos, Rafael Bertrand, Mapita Cortes, Carlos Ancira, Carolina Barret, Luis Aragon, Beatriz Aguirre, Antonio Raxel, Guillermo Alvarez Bianchi and Lupe Carriles. This horror film was directed by Fernando Mendez. BLACK PIT OF DR. M had been released in Mexico as, MISTERIOS DE ULTRATUMBA. This is an original studio-issued poster and is very rare!

Below is a RARE Original Advance Poster Window Card for the movie, THE ILLUSTRATED MAN starring Rod Steiger, measuring 21in by 22in and produced for the Trans-Lux theaters on Broadway NYC heralding the film‘s release. I really love the graphic design of this piece!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the ORIGINAL 17 1/2 inch by 22 inch 20th Century Fox combination color Poster (partially scanned here) / Exhibitor sampler for Herald style promotions from the 1972 film for the legendary concert flick FILLMORE. The two posters that you see below includes, on its back, an 11" x 17" photomontage collage of most of the participants (see photo). EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND POSTER KIT IN VERY GOOD CONDITION!!!!!!!

Below is an Extremely Rare Original One Sheet Movie Poster from The National Screen Service for the 1963 horror movie, "TERRIFIED" which is the last movie Lew Landers directed. What makes this movie and also movie poster so special is that its considered the first real slasher film which was made in 1963! This movie had an enormous impact and also influence on the Slasher/Horror movie genre of the late 70s & early 80s.

BIRD WITH THE CRYSTAL PLUMAGE

  *For decades, until the mid-1980s, the studio pressbook was the marketing and advertising manual for theatre managers. The contents, size and dimensions varied by picture and studio. Some had full color front and back covers and many insertions. The basics were scenes from the movie, production stories and star articles specially prepared for newspaper entertainment pages. Promotional and exploitation ideas, images of posters and available promotional accessories were there. In later years, descriptions of national product tie-ins were included. And print ad graphics were expansive and multi-styled. In later years, the pressbook shrunk in size -- and enthusiasm. 

This 8-page pressbook measures 11"x17". Contents: In addition to pages of ad graphic layouts, story synopsis, and credits list, it has publicity stories, scenes from the film and other special features. 

Below is an EXTREMELY RARE 40 x 60in Original One Sheet (NSS) Movie Poster for the 1962 horror movie, "THE PREMATURE BURIAL" directed by ROGER CORMAN and starring RAY MILLAND! The three images that are below show the detail for this poster, and also shows the screenplay was co-written by CHARLES BEAUMONT, who wrote for ROD SERLING's Original TWILIGT ZONE series!!! I am so thrilled to have this piece!!!!!!!!!

Below is an Original One Sheet from The National Screen Service for the 1968 movie, "SPIRITS OF THE DEAD" starring BRIGITTE BARDOT and JANE FONDA! This is the English USA release verison of this movie that had its USA release in 1969 (with this accompanying poster). This poster is very rare and very hard to get! I LOVE THE GRAPHIC LAYOUT TOO!!!!!

Below is one of my favorite Original One Sheet Movie Posters for the film, SADISMO, an exploitation documentary made in 1967 narrated by Burt Topper. I love the graphich design and layout of this poster, the lettering and font style in the mouth of the screaming woman!!!!!!!!!!!
