Rolland E. Proulx is a prolific creator. Artist, designer and author, Rolland’s unique formation is reflected in his enthusiastic and original approach to creativity. His imagery, a celebration of the unusual, reveals the visionary at work, creating images rich in beauty, a visual feast of whirling symbols and eclectic mythologies. His work is at once iconographic, spiritual and timeless. Rolland is the recipient of several art grants and design awards. His first book The Electric Oracle Speaks was published in November 2004.
Artist Statement:
My path is the path of beauty. Through my work I strive to communicate the inherent mystery of the living fire breathing through all things. My art is an expression, a vision materialized, where past, present and future come together in harmony and crystallize into a living magnet.
